Join Deaconess for the Annual Joint Public Board Meeting – Nov. 15, 2022

Gather in Community, Share, and Reflect
Join us for the Annual Public Joint Meeting of the Deaconess Foundation and Deaconess Center for Child Well-Being Boards. The meeting will be held in-person, and we are also offering an engaging virtual option.

In addition to our traditional joint board meeting that includes remarks from Deaconess Foundation CEO & President Bethany Johnson-Javois and board chairs, we are seeking community feedback.

We are in the process of evolving our strategy to propel our work and the movement of child and community well-being that aligns with our 100-year vision. As a part of that process, we are asking the public to engage in dialogue regarding our public policy priorities, investment strategy, and desired impact. We are committed to listening deeply to residents, advocates, and partners.

To date, we have generated feedback from hundreds of residents in the region, including Southern Illinois. We will share trending finds and invite you to share what matters most to you. We are looking forward to hearing your input, sharing the evolution of our funding strategy, and much more!
